Knocked Up
As a treat to myself after getting the mention on CO (again, thank you Theo!), I went to see Knocked Up. I thought it was very funny and I am now in love with Seth Rogen. He was on Fresh Air last week with Judd Apatow and that stirred the fires (very good interview - I love Terry Gross), but seeing the movie sealed the deal. I think the movie, however, will ruin nerdy boys for us ladies that don't look like Katherine Heigl. sigh.

I want to get out and see the flick. I've been a big fan of Apatow's work since Freaks and Geeks. But, I'll probably have to wait for video. Are we still calling it 'video', or is it 'DVD' now? Is 'video' antiquated? I need to know!
Freaks and Geeks is up next after the Firefly Netflix fest. I'm very excited.
Oh Freaks and Geeks is one of my favorites. Seth Rogen will not disappoint. He's not one of the main dudes but there is at least one great episode centered on him, and his character is such a dry smartass.

I haven't seen 40YOV either but I might have just put it in my netflix Q. I didn't realize till recently that he did that one too.
Val...you will LOVE F&G totally. I would loan both of you my copy of the DVD if you didn't live so damn far. It's so good, and criminal that they canned it after only one season.
